This neo-classical sculpture stands in the front yard of a home that I noticed for the first time today. I was looking for Crocheron Park which is located in Bayside and borders the Cross Island Parkway. The sculpture seemed out of place but it certainly was a photo op for me.
After I checked the location of the Park on the internet I realized I just kept missing the Park which is located on 35th Ave very near where I took this photo. I will be going back to the Park and posting pictures soon.
