Terrific shots, Mary, you can almost feel the guys disappointment! Thanks for sharing a corner of your world!!
You sure caught some great shots.
There are some days like that, poor guy. But what a great capture for you. Love your header.
He makes a striking photo, though!
Maybe it's better he didn't get any. All the pollution those fish must carry...
At least he is not burning gas to go to the wideness - fishing is good and healthy activity - I really like the style of the man - very fancy hat!
Fishing is always a challenge and some days are just not lucky. Yes he does look disappointed doesn't he.Nice photos!
Those are great shots Mary. Maybe he'll have more success next time.
Excellent pics, I've always loved fishing.Have a great weekGuyRegina In Pictures
I love how you've angled the shots. Very unique! :D

Great photos, Mary!Love your banner/header too. Thanks for yiur nice visiting on my blog.
Sorry, I mean "your nice..."
Wonderful perspectives, Mary. I really like the curved lines and the angle of the pictures.
Never knew there was good fishing in Flushing Bay. Great photos and the 4th July ones, too.
Better luck next time to our friend!
Interesting shots, Hope the old man was not too disappointed, maybe he just needed to get out of the house...
His emotion of disappointment is palpable in the photos. Awesome captures! :)
Some days are like that, but I bet if you asked him, he enjoyed that time alone ... his fishing rod and the water. !!!
I like these shots Mary, Good people shots are hard to get you did a great job!
That is quite a rig that he has for fishing. You could really bring in something big with that tackle. As far as being disappointed, I am sure that he was but most fisherman know that is why they call it "fishing" and not "catching."
Hi Mary,I just really find these two photos so human, so true to life. Well done.Annie
