My World Tuesday

Photobucket

Photobucket

Two unattributed photos, the first of the New York City skyline in 1940; the second of the Manhattan Bridge.

They grace my doctor's office. He absolutely loves NYC. As do I!

I like these a lot, Mary. They take me to a different time and place.

I love to see old photos of a city (especially if I am familiar with it) to see how much has changed over the years.

I love that skyline (and the great city, too). Hope you are feeling well, Mary!

These are both great New York photographs Mary. It's funny because I've considered photographing art in my doctor's office but usually there are too many people around and I'm afraid they'll think I'm photographing them.

A city I would love to explore but alas, Hubby cares not for the city. A native of the Bronx he left and doesn't look back.

Would love to spend time in NYC just pounding its pavement and shooting to my heart's content.

Have a wonderful week, teach.

Great pictures well-preserved! Taken a decade before I existed.
